If you have received a letter of acceptance (via email) from the Saluting America's Band Directors Project (SABD) for marching in the 2026 Rose Parade®, this is where you can pay your non-refundable registration fee to reserve your spot in the Band Directors Marching Band. We can take credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay, MetaPay, or personal checks made out to the Michael D. Sewell Memorial Foundation at PO Box 245, Pickerington OH 43147. If paying by check, please write "Macy's trip" on the memo line. Please note that the registration fee is owed for the marcher only, not their non-marching guests.
Please note: If paying by personal check, the registration fee is $250. If paying by any other method (credit card, PayPal, etc), the registration fee is $260 which includes the service charges that SABD must pay. We have once again selected Indianapolis-based Grueninger Music Tours (GMT), the Official Travel Partner of SABD, as our partner to provide you with the finest possible travel experience going to the Rose Parade. Since its founding in 1954, GMT has specialized in performance travel, taking thousands of bands, choirs, orchestras, and other performance groups to parades, music festivals, concerts, and performances all over the world.
The GMT tour website for the trip is where you will see our tentative itinerary, information on inclusions, package prices and travel insurance, payment and cancellation schedules, frequently asked questions, and a registration/login page. It will be your new home for tour-related information that you should check frequently over the coming months. You will receive information about how to register on the GMT tour site after your registration payment is received.
